Off white and blurry

    Hello Ivory.
I have just received my second prototype game.
The first, was box and quad fold board only. The second, included game cards.
In general, I am very happy. Really happy.
    But.
With five more prototype games on order, for game play trials, I need to understand an issue, with the second.
The first prototype box and board printing had white whites and clear text.
The second prototype printing has off whites, background noise and blurry text on both box and board.
I understand RGB screen colours will never be the same as printed CMYK.
    However,
The first prototype was PERFECT and the second isn't.
With big plans for the future, I need to understand how to make PERFECT, every time.
From my side, I believe I uploaded very similar data.
Can you please advise what, if anything, can be done to improve the situation.
Maybe you could have a look at the next five on order and advise accordingly.
You are doing a great job.
Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi Datomec,

Our best advice to resolve the issue that you have is to check your image resolution for the source material. We advice you have a minimum resolution of 300x300ppi to avoid blurring/pixelation.
Any other Artwork problems do feel free to do us a message and we will help as much as we can.

    Regards,
    Ash.

    Thank you Ash,
I have just checked my data and found I have used 100pixels/cm (my general standard).
This equates to 254ppi and hence, slightly under your recommended minimum of 300ppi
    You are correct.
    This may be the issue.
I will resubmit the artwork and order another three for print trials.
    Thank you for your advice.

Just ordered another three games for print trials.
Board and box images all have 300dpi
    Let's hope that works.
Ready for full production and a million sales in 2018 :-)
    Once again.
Thank you for your help Ash.

    To confirm.
I was using a resolution of 100 pixels per cm.
On advice from Ivory, I converted latest images to 300 pixels per inch.
Received three top quality, image perfect, games.
Thank you to the Ivory team.
    A truly terrific service.
    Absolutely thrilled.
    Thank you.
